+*The Canteen Activity and Miscellaneous enhancement fee, included in the tuition fee after 1/26/2009, is mandatory, non refundable and not redeemable for cash and is allocated and expended by the camp on behalf of each camper. It is used for several things, including by not limited to: all the daily trips, outings, tournament fees, greens fees, and the Big Weekend Special Trips (i.e. White Water Rafting, Sea Kayaking, Lobster Feast, On the CAT to Nova Scotia for a golf and tennis weekend, national parks, water parks etc.) we take scheduled for each age group; It also includes carnival days, movies, minature golf, weekly laundry service, medical first aid provided by our medical staff, special events prizes, awards, an end of the year Video Yearbook, The Golf or Tennis WAYWO (What Are You Working On) INSTRUCTION BOOK, snacks, various items at the camp store, sundry items such as stationery, postage stamps, toothpaste, soap, toothbrush, comb, shampoo and miscellaneous necessities. It is also used for special activities outside normal camp programs such as: bowling, amusement parks, miniature golf, day trip excursions, movies, etc. The canteen enhancement fee is a mandatory charge and is non-refundable. Bedding and linen are available to rent for an additional charge. Bedding and linen service includes blankets, sheets, pillow and small towels. Sleeping bags are not included.

Please note that fees and charges may change without notice. There are NO REFUNDS after April 30th of the current camp year, for any reason including but not limited to: late arrival, early departure, dismissal, changing dates, and cancellation. Prior to April 30th of the current camp year, there will be full refunds minus an administrative fee of up to $1000, if cancellation is received in writing prior to April 30th of the current camp year.

With every new enrollment for paid in full by March 30th, and if you have introduced us to a friend who has also enrolled by paying in full, you will both receive your choice of either a FREE revolutionary style Head Tennis Racquet, a Hockey Stick, or a Free set of Golf Clubs (See US Kids Golf website for description of clubs). Good while the supply lasts! Request on the Maine Golf and Tennis Academy on the completed application form for the sizes and color code of the set of U.S. Kids Golf Golf Clubs when you enroll.
